You may have a problem with dates relative to your system and to your ISP's.
Try deleting the NG and then resubscribing, forcing a re-download of all the messages - tedious, yes, but it resolves problems where the ISP has occasionally had a reshuffle of its database.
Interesting. Precisely how does one 'delete the NG' from a web-based news gateway?
