l had a planer /thicknesses of them the drive rollers were jammed l asked for a refund and was told that they would knock 20% of the purchase price if l retuned it as l did not have the original packaging and while l was trying to argue the point they put the phone down it was retuned for repair but came back still with the roller jammed as l was not willing to lose the 20% l fix the problem myself
