Is the AWEM induction furnace about to go into production then?

No I'm negotiating for something that otherwise would go for scrap! Stupid thing to do prior to a house move really, but this certain something is in the hens teeth category !

It would save me a trip to Slough to the scrappies if mine did that but sadly it only sells drinks.

Sounds remarkably cheap. A pint of heavy in my local is about £2...thats quite a markup

I dunno about metric tons, but a tun is 1,680 pints.

...which is about 2100 pounds, or 0.952544 of a Metric ton, or 1.05 short tons, or 0.9375 long tons.

So a tun is approximately a ton ;-)
