Has anyone got a supplier for 7/16" x 7/16" x 1/16" rolled steel angle or something very close. I seem to only find 12mm x 12mm x 3mm everywhere I look.

Hi Alan, I must agree that having looked at a few of my 'surely they will have this' suppliers, I've drawn a blank too. Do you need a sharp corner? maybe a local sheet metal shop will fold you some out of 16swg steel sheet?

I have come to the conclusion that to replicate full size angle I will have to machine the 12 mm x 12 mmx 3 mm. Fortunately I need only short lengths so with a bit of waste I can clamp and machine.
