Anyone know of a solvent/adhesive to use on Polycarbonate? The stuff I've been trying will not stick.

I had no problems to glue CDs to a fish tank cover. Any adhesive should stick to PC.
Try an epoxy adhesive.
Acetone would be a good solvent.
