Referring to miscellaneous requests for information and texts on PVC plasticisers, the key reference is that of Sears and darby, of 1982, which is a large text with extensive details of all known plasticisers at the time (1000+ pages). For me the best text is that of Alan Wilson of 1995 - entitles Plasticisers, Principles and Practice, it is published by Institute of Materials in the UK - ISBN 0 901716 76 6.
