Is it possible to create a variable section revolve? I am working on a sheet metal louver.

The most interesting and flexible is probably the variable section sweep. Try two circular trajectories with the cross section controlled by graphs which vary the height or path of each trajectory. The graph length must equal the circumference of the trajectory but can be done parametrically using dimension symbols for distance from a parallel plane.
