WIldfire Peer to Peer Collaboration

Can you enable the collaboration features in Wildfire without any Windchill components? Curious if all of the peer to peer capabilities are in the core Wildfire release or if I need to also purchase a component of Windchill.

No, it does not require any Windchill components. The peer to peer is done with technology licensed from Groove Networks.
