Source for Ultrasonic sensor

I wonder if someone could tell me from where I can source ultrasonic sensors (like one used in http://www2.automation.siemens.com/sinas/index_76.htm ) . I
need around 100 of those.

SRF08 uses an i2c bus and returns 17 echoes: http://www.robot-electronics.co.uk/shop/Ultrasonic_Rangers1999.htm SRF10 (also i2c) outputs a single distance.
For other sources of these rangers google for SRF08, etc.
