Hi all Back again I have taken your advise from before and managed to get hold of a USBmod2 usb parallel interface, i have set up circuit of leds as per example i have seen at

but for some reason i can not seem to control it. the device is set up on Com3 as shownAll I want to do is simple relay switching at the moment.
Any ideas would be very welcome,
