Yep, I read this on the paper today. Apprantly they are going to ship this sattelite to Edwards AFB in the USA to launch it, this is apprantly the first sattelite Taiwan developed, said its for studying changes in the island's landscape/geological makeup so they can prevent landslides and god knows what else (probably to spy on China too)
