Dad always said the Loki would pull 50G's at liftoff.
MR and HPR rockets that can realistically do that are banned by TRA and NAR for purely political reasons.

And how is this ban effected?
Let's see, an 18mm D21 has an initial thrust of 32 nt. 50G takeoff acceleration implies a liftoff mass of about 60 grams. The motor itself weighs 25 grams. A 35 gram 18mm airframe poses no insurmountable challenges.
How is this model banned?

Illegally demanding ATF permits when not required for local/state/federal operation of the business.
Not recognizing proper shipping papers used regularly for shipping.
Demanding the items be DOT classified in a way they are not properly classified. Demanding they be DOT classified even though many other countries also do classification testing and Competent Authority approval.
Simply refusing service to some folks.
Simply refusing service to yet more folks because they are business associates OR use the designs of OR are in some way contracting from the same source(s) as 4.
Demanding the OEM contractor submit goods that they have no intention of submitting except through the contractor. Per contract.
I could go on, but the permutations are silly and counterproductive and easily solved by the stroke of a pen. "Any legally made product may be submitted and the definition of legal is the manufacturer has not been told to cease operations BY AUTHORITIES yet."
ATF went so far as to NOTIFY TRA to not try to enforce on their behalf. TRA has ignored the order and there is no news on if NAR got the same word, but based on their actions, I would say no or they are also violating it.
27 CFR 55.141-a-8 for example.

jerry: Not to give you any bright ideas, but has it ever occured to you, to just get a lawyer and SUE the NAR/TRA for restraint of trade? IF NOT, then perhaps you have no case to stand on? Your like a kid that incessantly drones on and on and on, when he doesn't get his way.......
Since Kalifornia is a NON NFPA state and you only have to worry about CSFM rules and regs, why not just bypass NAR/TRA altogether and just sell your motors legally in Kalifornia?

Giving them plenty of rope to hang themselves on at this time. Note how my various efforts approached the problem from several perspectives just in case it was me? :)
I have an obligation to mitigate my damages to collect maximum damages.

There is also a time limit. Once you pass that you are screwed even if you can show just cause.

Not true. Estes Mosquito, A10-3T: 115G right off the launch rod. Minimum diameter light airframe G80: 93G.

Okay. Two exceptions. They banned the other 20.

Hardly. Pick just about any minimum diameter rocket and put a motor with a large ignition spike in it. Even my VERY FIRST ROCKET FLIGHT way back in
1964 did about 50Gs.
In fact, as 3FNC rockets go, one of the LOWEST Gs was probably my L1 cert rocket!

By decertifying entire lines of manufacturers that make hi-G motors. For example Irvine in 98 and Kosdon in 2001.
