Re: Something else for the BATFE to regulate ...

but at least with the computer system they have an "idea" as to why it may have happened and can possibly do something to prevent it.

With your file cards and panic button they would have had nothing at all to go on.

I think it overheated when one of the fecal pellets hit the veltilating fan and lodged there, causing it to malfunction.

Hence my note of a couple of months ago to Mr. Ashcroft, urging him to ban the production, distribution, and sale, of mammalian feces. If only he had listened :-)

Naw, the BATFE never pays any attention to actual experts.

Of course, they will require mil-spec steel corks with two hooded, 1/2" shackle locks. The cost of obtaining and installing these will be paid for by the permittee.

Speaking of which, ever since responding to the NPRM, I've been checking padlocks every time I'm in a hardware or home improvement store. I've yet to see one with a 1/2" shackle. Lots with the curent 3/8", several 7/16", NOTHING larger.

Sort of reminds me of specs I've seen elsewhere, calling for something that doesn't exist.

Personally, I'd be most happy to have 1/2" locks to replace the 3/8" ones om my magazines currently. As long as the government picks up the tab for the hardware and conversion. I'm sure that larger lock will make it harder for someone to simply pick up a 5# box and walk off with it.

Was this a political fecal pellet? It would definitely explain it's malfunction.

I think when the NPRM is open for comment, we should all write in and request that the limit be raied to exclude all one-flush movements. Two- flushers would require a permit.

Yeah, just a little more: 650 tons.

At least ATF wouldn't have to pay it. The government exempts itself. The "lisencee would".

How does a fecal pellet malfunction? That's kind of scary if you think about it...

Wouldn't the fact that we all carry fecal pellets internally mean that we are all guilty of carrying concealed weapons?

Yes.

In fact all who contributed matter are "parties to the crime" Felonize thousands in entire cities.
