Does anyone know if there are aftermarked converions sets for the conversion from A7D (Has) to A7E?

Do you mean 1/48 scale? Don't think there is one as there would be little need since Hasegawa kittted both versions.

Nope but the cockpit's different and there's the USN catapult launch bar to contend with for the nose gear. The Hesegawa -E kit also has some photoetch wiring harness covers to add to the exterior. The dangly bits under the wings are different as well.
Fatter tires on the 'D? Usually the Navy used high pressure tires.
