Any company make a MX-3

I don't know for sure but if anybody made a kit it would have been one of the Japanese companies such as Tamyia, Fujimi or Aoshima or similar. Search

for either MX-3 or the other name, as lots of times Japan model names use their strange English sounding names instead of a simple "MX-3".

You could also check Rainbow Ten website. Don't remember the URL. Just go on Google and search for Rainbow Ten Japan.
