F-16A MLU NATO 50th

For NATO's 50th Anniversary Belgium painted one of their MLU F-16AM birds in a fancy scheme which has been depicted by both Hasegawa in

1:48 and by Revell in their (relatively) new 1:72 kit. Does anyone know which bird this was - e.g. FA-120 or FA-??? Here is a link to the Hasegawa box art:
