gap filling for canopies

I am looking for a safe non fogging, non-destructive gap filler for cleaning up windscreens and the fuselage they attach too. Any suggestions?

(aka Micro Krystal Klear) a liquid that can be used to form very real looking small windows up to about 1/4" in size being an adhesive for mounting clear plastic parts, windows, etc. Use to make lens both clear and coloured with the addition of a little food colouring. Join clear parts to painted parts with a completely clear adhesive. Painted sills can be seen through the clear Micro Krystal Klear for realistic looking windows on any model. Cleans-up with water while wet, and is waterproof when dry. When it is dry because it turns from milky white to clear. A super strong and flexible adhesive for wood, plastic, paper or most combinations of dissimilar materials.

White glue, Micro Krystal Klear, or Testors clear parts glue.

Not sure exactly what you mean by "cleaning up". If you have a good fit and want to attach the windscreen with a seal around the edge then any of the materials that have been suggested should be fine. If you have some actual gaps between the windscreens and the fuselage that you need to fill an epoxy putty would be the material of choice. Any excess putty can be wiped off the windscreen prior to it's setting and once set it can be sanded to blend with the fuselage. If done right the filled gap will be undetectable when it is painted.
