The Gloucester branch of the UK IPMS, (the International Plastic Modellers Society for the uninitiated !) is holding its annual show at the Stratford Leisure Centre, Stroud (south of Cheltenham) this weekend on September 12th. Bigger and brighter than ever with a much larger venue and facilities offered by a Leisure Centre, ample parking, easy access from the M5 Jctn13.
10am to 4pmMaking this a MUST VISIT show, apart from the best that current plastic modelling skills have to offer displayed by the various branches attending and many traders of tools and kits to help free you of your monies, should be the rare and valuable experience of demonstrations throughout the day of modelling methods, demistifying the process between kit purchase and final masterpiece. Come and learn some new tricks and discuss your own. Bring junior along, start him (or her) off in this interesting educational and relaxing hobby, it'll keep them off the streets !
