There is at least one set in Jentz's "Germany's Panther Tank" and maybe updated or additional ones in his recent Panzer Tracts series. Note you'll only find hull drawings because they never completed work on a Panther II turret. The tank at the PMA is a Panther II hull with a late Panther IG turret. There are some pictures in the book as well.

The Schmalturm is vey unusual, but they have (had?) one at the Bovington Tank Museum. It's a bit ragged having been used for target practice for 20+ years, but it is (was?) mostly complete. The gun was the 88mm L71 (Tiger II, Jagdpanther et. al.)
