What a crock of crap. This sort of pyramid scheme is getting referred to the Department of Fair Trading quite a bit lately. In fact last year a couple of successful prosecutions saw people off to the glass house for quite a while.
Might be "legal" in good old US of A but not is Queensland Australia.
