You will not find that information *anywhere* really, as it is too general. There are the "basics" that are needed for any plastic kit (cement, putty, knives, other tools, paints, etc...); but there are so many brands/types/varieties to choose from; so there is really no *right* answer. It is all dependent on what each particular modeler is comfortable with.
