I have a friend that is in the building trade and has come across original copies of "The War Illustrated" found in the attic of a house they where demolishing in London.
One copy is dated December 25th 1915 No.71 Vol 3 priced @ 2 shillings.
It also has "regd as newspaper & for Canadian magazine post"
Other copies are Edited by J.A Hannerton No.27 Vol 2 20 Feb 1915. "A picture record of events by land, air and sea".
These are examples, he has many more.
Any idea if they have a value? If not what about the Museum for donation?
