Frustrated with SW

Is there anyone else who thinks that SolidWorks is crap? I moved to anew job back in Jan.. During the interview my boss mentioned that theywere going to start using Solidworks. I thought no problem, I amfairly proficient with I-deas Master Series and UG SolidWorks shouldbe a breeze.I signed up for all the basic and advanced classes that SW offered.When I would have a problem I would contact support (which is a jokein itself), and get "SW is not ment to do that", "you cant do that",etc..I have used this software for 10 months now, and I hate it now as muchas I hated it in March. The sales people and the training classes tellyou how easy SW is to use. What they don't tell you is that foreverything that is real easy to do, there are ten other things thatare not usable because they just give you enough to get started.Does anybody else feel this way?

Thanks, Yea, my VAR's responce is usually within 2 to 3 days. I have one case that I turned in 12 working days ago. I have not received anything. It is a good thing it is not important.
