I've been asked by a client to investigate why they cannot generate high quality (600+ dpi) PDF prints from SW 2008.
Prior to upgrading from 2007 to 2008 they were able to print out high definition prints via PDF. Since upgrading no matter what DPI setting they choose the resulting file size is the same and is 1/10 the size they were seeing for the same DPI setting prior to upgrading.
Has anyone else had this issue?
They've tried different PDF publishers (including ADOBE) but it doesn't make a difference.
