A cylinder has a slot for a cam follower. By making cut - sweep (rectangle over helical path)
I do not know how to make the rounded ends (made by milling cutter) that are tangent to the upper and lower cam surfaces of the slot, and twisting the same time?

Sweeping a rectangle is not the same as sweeping a cylinder (end mill). You can think of the end mill as a rotating rectangle - the tangent point between the cutter and the cut surface is continuously variable. The CNC programmer only needs the centerline of the displacement, but if you want to get a close approximation.
