"Inverse" of Curve from X,Y,Z

Is there a way to extract the points of a Spline into a file?

Thanks,

Knot points on the Spline or hull vertex points? As a *last resort* you should be able to export the spline(s) as an IGES file and then read the knot points from there. If you can do a bit of simple programming (READ, FORMAT type statements) it should be rather simple.

Someone could write an API program easily as well I expect IF the functionality is otherwise lacking in SW.

BTW, Did you search this NG's archives? It might well be answered there as well:

Or search the SW documentation?

Thanks, Cliff, for the IGES idea. I kinda did modified version of that (after a Google search) that incorporated the use of Rhino to extract the points, but I don't think it was any faster than doing it by the copy/paste method. If I would have had many more of these profiles to do, however, I probably would have checked with Philippe or someone for some programming help....
