has anyone any experience on trying to apply radial draft i have a hollow cylinder with some locking features that need 2.5' radial (revolved) draft revolving the draft in the features is not working so much (multiple revolves)

"Revolving a draft"? Please explain.
If you're applying radial drafting to the IDs the best way to proceed is to make a Sweep for the ODs and a Cut Loft for the IDs. Where the ODs start and end shapes are same diameter; and the IDs start and end shapes are different diameter. Thus, you have to calculate the drafted angle written prior to apply those in the CAD. Success
