[big snip of a good article]

Last week, I did a major upgrade of a client's accounting system (Peachtree). Took two hours on the phone with their tech support to get past the numerous bugs in the installer. When I complained that, while Peachtree writes good accounting software, their installers suck (I've been through this at least a dozen times with them), the guy said, "just be glad you're not doing this with the first 2009 release

- the one that went out with no payroll module on the disk."

I have to give Peachtree props for having great tech support, but if they'd take a few of those support people and put them in QA...
