How about alignment problems. Sometimes tabbing through the choices doesn't give me the one I need. Some of the fittings on this frame have 5 connection points. I created my own library, and I think I did it right, it's pretty simple with just one size.

Also, I know you can do a variable angle elbow, but can you do a variable angle T?

To assist with the alignment of a part you can include an axis that MUST be called 'Vertical' (note that this IS case sensitive). This Vertical axis will align with a construction line that you put into your route (not sure how well this will work with a 5 point fitting though).

I can't say that I have experienced the problem that you are having with fittings not lining up with a route that is not the standard XYZ axes.

To create a Tee with a variable angle have a look at the 'Threaded Lateral.Sldprt' fitting that was supplied with the 2003 piping library.
