I suggust that you bend over, drop your pants, and take it like a man. It may be painful, but after a few minutes the error will go away. Then you may want to take anything that dangles between your legs and cut them off.

That looks like a very unsupported platform.
Posting images in this ng will not get you a lot of help, as this is against the rules here.
hmmm--what part of "contact your supplier" is it that you don't understand?
or perhaps the crack vendor is not offering a level of support that you consider acceptable?
