running SW2003 and SW2004 on the same machine.

I've installed 2004 on my machince but I would like to still use 2003. Is it possible to install 2003 on a different drive without affecting

2004 on my C: drive?

I have 2003 & 2004 on the same drive, just different folders - no problem. I had 2003 first, and upon loading 2004, found that it picked up a lot of the registry settings from 2003. This can be good, but does not entirely separate them. If you go to separate drives, I don't know if even then it will keep them totally apart - you'll just have to try it.

Scott,

Do a "new install" to a new folder, not an "upgrade".

In fact, never do an "upgrade". It doesn't work right (never has)

Currently, I'm running 2001+, 2003, and 2004, on the same machine. No problem.

Regards

Mark

I did it on an XP Pro box.

One glitch I ran into was that the printing of single sheet drawgings from

2003 became impossible except as pdf files.

Both are > I've installed 2004 on my machince but I would like to still use 2003.
