Where do I locate files for toolbox parts

Where in SW2004 do I specify where to look for the toolbox parts (like bolts and nuts etc.)

C:\Program Files\Solidworks\Toolbox\Toolbox.ini

Edit that file and put the path in there.

Open a assembly, Under "Toolbox", Browser config, Document Properties
