Decision rendered today. MTH wins 40.7 million from Lionel in theft of plans suit. I think this will be the end of Lionel as we know it. Especially after UP wins their suit against Lionel and Athearn. Lionel will be so financially damaged that they will be sold for chump change. I predict Lionel will be bought cheap by Mike Wolf and he will can the whole thing except the Lionel name which he has always wanted. Then we will have no more MTH but only Lionel by Mike Wolf.
