The Alamo Model Railroad Engineers will be hosting their 17th Annual Fall Train Show on Saturday and Sunday, October 1-2, 2005 at the Live Oak Civic Center, 8101 Pat Booker Road, Live Oak, Texas. The facility is located on the far northeast side of San Antonio just east of IH-35 and off of Loop
1604.
The hours are from 9 a. m. to 4 p. m. on Saturday and 11 a. m. to 4 p. m. on Sunday. Admission is $5.00 per person and $8.00 per family with children 16 years and under.
There will 23,000 square feet of model railroad displays with over 170 vendor tables with dealers from all over Texas. There will be operating layouts (N, HO, O27, and G scales), Raffle Contest on Saturday and Sunday, Door Prizes, Railroadiana, and Clinics. The Live Oak Civic Center has a Food Service operation, has ample free parking, and is wheelchair accessible.
Vendor tables are still available at $32.00 each.
