A ride out

Gentlemen,

This morning I was up and about at sparrows f**t and I took a ride to Stroud in Gloucestershire, I went to collect, as seen on EBay, a Slate type board with gauges and voltage controller fitted. Even though rain was in the air it was a pleasant run and I managed to miss the Border controls run by Philip TE and John Manders and I also crossed the Borders of Siddorn country, they must have all been still tucked up in bed. I got home around twelve noon having run the gauntlet of the Border controls on my return trip, I did head slightly further north of Siddorn country as I have heard he is a dab hand with long blunt bits of metal. Should I get any incursions into the county of Bedfordshire as a retaliation I have alerted the Sheriff who has put out patrols :-))

You thought we didn't know where you were at any time this morning? The skill of covert surveillance is that the target doesn't know that their every move is constantly monitored. As for the sheriff's patrols, they're still in the pub!!

I turned my mobiles off and went under cover of darkness so nobody saw me leave, plus I went all the way in reverse so as to appear to be coming back :-))

Yes, we know exactly what you were doing ;-)) A gallant effort but not good enough I'm afraid....

I always said you didn't know whether you were coming or going. Fastening the trailer onto the front bumper was a bit of a give away though.
