Good video although I don't understand that for a country who sues for the slightest thing that there are not fences :-))

I am lead to believe (and I am open to correction) that, while American's do indeed have a reputation for being very quick to 'phone the lawyers having fallen foul of an apparently obvious but risk, this only applies to unstated risks - providing a risk is clearly stated, they are considered to have given informed consent to be exposed to such risk and have no redress in law should things go wrong. The down side of this is the daft warnings which appear all over the place; "objects in this mirror may be closer than they appear", "hot beverage, may scald" etc etc, but it does mean that things like engine rallies can be held with minimal protection.
For better or worse, here in dear old Blighty we have an inalienable right to be protected from unnecessary risk - a warning will not suffice.
