I do not have a website, hence no Paypal payment. VISA is OK (you would have to e-mail your details in three or more separate e-mails.) Bank draft or postal money order is also OK.
Mail to UK: $3.60 for one book, $6.20 for two, $12.40 for three to six.
#12 and #37 are sold.
