" Plans to build a model railway at a Whitley visitor attraction are back on track now councillors have given their approval.
The owners of Charlotte's Ice Cream Parlour have been told they can build a children's train ride around a 'fantasy garden' and add an extra 15 spaces to the car park ......... they also advised noise might impact on neighbouring properties and the miniature buildings and model animals in the 'fantasy garden' constituted building on green belt land. "
