The main group for Hornby made by Meccano is a yahoo group. Meccano made Hornby Dublo from 1939-1964, 3 rail until late 1950s. I don't think there was an engine number 3019. If you want to send me some more details, I can look it up for you. It is possible it is a more modern OO engine made by Hornby after Meccano sold the train business to the Line Brothers who made Triang.

3019 was a Hornby-Dublo catalogue number for a 3 rail boxed set which contained 2-6-4T number 80054, a "Super Detailed" cattle wagon, double bolster, Mobil tank wagon, Super Detailed Steel wagon, and a W.R. guards van. Was advertised between April and December 1959 and sold for £6.14s.0d
