Won't play, even though I've temporarily allowed javascript for myspace. NoScript shows about 6 additional URLs, for which I will _not_ allow javascript, even temporarily. They're all advert sites of some kind.

Now you know why I won't join myspace, or any other of those "social" sites.

So I guess I'll have to do without this video. Not that it seems worth watching....

I use AVG pro and Spybot/Teatimer, between them they block all the advert type things.

I also use AVG and Spybot/Teatimer, and neither of them blocks linked URLs -- nor should they, since you may want to enable a linked website.

I Use Firefox plus NoScript, an extension that allows me to enable javascript ad hoc for any given URL, per session or permanently. It shows all the linked URLs, too, which you leave blocked or enable, as you wish. What appears to be happening is that the videos on myspace are linked to one of these external URLs, so that you can't see the video without enabling javascript on one or more of them. I haven't confirmed this by looking at the source code, and can't be bothered to do so anyhow. What it means in practice is that from my POV myspace is a rogue website.
