Tortoise motor problem

Hi

I have a new Tortoise motor, bought overseas, and one of the contacts is not working may be dirt under the arm.

This one has not been used as the track is not powered up yet.

Have sprayed contact cleaner through the hole but no go:-(

Cost of sending back for warranty is probably not economic.

Are they easy to get inside and clean?

Do they have reliability problem and what is their contact life expectancy?

Cheers Peter

Yes one you realise that there is a fifth screw underneath the label :)

Normally 100% reliable.
