Thanks all who replied.. I will investigaet dodginess at this end.
That suggests that there is a problem at "Uncle Wobbly's" ISP - perhaps a corrupt version of the website stuck in their cache or "Uncle Wobbly's" PC's firwall has decided to deny access to that particular site for some reason.
