It should just be able to handle 0.035" Dual shield. Your problem will be finding it on 10 lb. spools.
0.035" dual shield wire is the most expensive, because much less of it is made or sold. 1/16" is the most common and therefore the cheapest per pound.Not to mention that 0.035" is much more difficult to manufacture. Given that the OUTSIDE diameter is 0.035, there isn't much room on the inside to put the fill.....
So they make it larger and then draw it...and draw it...and draw it....until it is 0.035.
