Is there an echo in here?

It freezes here too, but I haven't had any issues with my water cooled torch running the proper antifreeze / coolant.
Indeed.

The current Democratic party has lost its ideological basis for existence.
- It is NOT fiscally responsible.
- It is NOT ethically honorable.
- It has started wars based on lies.
- It does not support the well-being of americans - only billionaires.
- It has suppresed constitutional guaranteed liberties.
- It has foisted a liar as president upon America.
- It has violated US national sovereignty in trade treaties.
- It has refused to enforce the national borders.
...It no longer has valid reasons to exist. Lorad474

Even here in California, I run antifreeze in my torch coolers. Keeps things from corroding and getting nasty.
"Pet Safe" antifreeze btw.

Shows what I know. I didn't know you could use antifreeze in them. Thanks. But I do see a TIG on the event horizon.

Don't worry about it- there's lots of us "industrial" weldors who have no practical knowledge of welding outside of a shipyard. It's easy to weld virtually anything when all the tools you might need are freely available from a nearby tool-room, all the power you might need (440v 3 phase), never-ending 90 psi air, and more Miller Dynasties, DX's, Syncrowaves,... than you could shake a stick at.
Lots of "pro" weldors are specialists, too. I know plenty of people whose oxy-fuel cutting and fit-up skills are marginal, at best. Ask them to weld a heavy-wall CuNi pipe or thin-wall hydraulic pressure- gauge line though, and they'll pass an RT every time.
Doing something at home is much more "entertaining."
