this is more of a cosmetics question, than a welding one. i take all the usual precautions welding galvanized (tubing, usually).. they're sound welds. my problem is rusting.
after wire brushing (sometimes grinding) i've tried clear acrylic coats.. sometimes even cold-zincing sprays.. but the color of the cold zincing never really matches.
any good ideas for avoiding unsightly rusting on these welds?
thanks,
