these are in fact the same helmet, except one is black with flames decals. the HF pics are not that good so they may look different at 1st glance, but they are the same.

I'm mistaken, if you checked (I didn't). Guess I blocked 'em both.
Actually the one I bought from HF *is* a Western Safety. I painted mine and left the sticker off but IIRC it said Western Safety below the adjustment knob. I think I can just make it out in this picture:

BTW There has been some discussion recently about HF's new policy on freight. The store matched the on-line price, and added nothing for shipping. I did pay sales tax, however.
