Depends where you are:-
North west welder training: Manchester area
TWI have a welder training school at Cambridge

I think Babcock's welder training school at Renfrew train external welders.
Most technical colleges have a welder training facility.
There are also personal trainers that visit you.
Let me know where you are and I may be able to find something more specific.
