migmaster 250 trouble

e motor will turn when the tigger is pulled or you may have to click it a f ew times to get it to feed, the relays all click so i know the tigger is wo rking fine any help will be appreciated

the drive motor does not run even when its empty .if you click the trigger

Is it receiving power from the relays? Their contacts could be bad too.

i have replaced one of the relays no difference

Apparently not , from what I read . He said he replaced a relay , but did he replace the one that controls the feeder ? Because it sounds like that is the problem , a bad relay on the feeder power circuit . I had a similar episode on my Weldpak 100 the other day when I changed to the lowest amperage setting to do some thin stuff . Cycling the range switch a couple of times cleared it up and I was able to finish the stand for our tree .
