Will they sell things like 'O' rings direct? I e-mailed them questions about flash-arrestors and they pointed me to non-existant distributors and distributors more than 100 miles away. What's been your experience please? - Mike

Howdy,
Call them and talk to a human at (800) 843-7912. If you go through the ITW corporate mumbo jumbo you'll find out they don't give a rat's hiney about your problems.

Most O rings are a standard size and I can find them at Ace Hardware or Coast to Coast Hardware. They cost less than the postage to buy them mail order.

Dan - perhaps I wasn't as careful as I should have been (I was excited to see a good collection at the hardware store!), but what I thought was an exact match turned out to be too large; I'll go back tomorrow - Mike
