TIG welding 4130 to stainless

TIG welders, any problem welding 4130 to stainless? I would like weld a stainless bolt to a 4130 sheet instead of a Cadmium plated AN steel bolt (Heard Cadmium is bad stuff to breathe). Would you use stainless or ER80 filler rod?

I would use 309L SS.

You could use a steel bolt and just dunk it in Hydrochloric acid to strip the plating off before welding.
